Transitional Housing & Alumni Programs at The Bowery Mission inspire graduates of our program to Sustain & Grow. Through transitional housing and ongoing access to services, graduates are equipped to find success beyond our Red Doors.
Transitional Housing gives our graduates more independence while they continue to have access to staff who help them continue to grow in their employment and obtain sustainable housing.
Alumni maintain access to ongoing services and receive support for their journey of self-sufficiency. Types of care include:
- Pastoral care and mentoring
- Career education and development
- Relapse prevention and recovery groups
- Housing support
- Recreation and events
